What weight-loss medication costs in the UK
The lowest verified standing monthly price across every provider in the guides. These are ongoing prices: introductory “first month from £69” rates are excluded.

How to choose a provider without getting stung
Check the register before you check the price
Every legitimate UK pharmacy has a 7-digit General Pharmaceutical Council premises number and must display it; clinics are registered with the CQC in England or Healthcare Improvement Scotland north of the border. Anyone selling prescription-only medication without a prescriber, or shipping unbranded “peptide” vials, is operating illegally, and no price makes that worth it.
The advertised price is rarely the price you pay
Weight-loss injections are titrated: you start on the lowest dose and step up roughly every four weeks. A headline “from £59” is the starting dose, and your monthly cost climbs as you go up the ladder. Check a provider’s full dose-by-dose price list, not just the entry point.
Local and online are different trade-offs
National online services usually win on price and convenience. A local pharmacy gives you a person to ask about injection technique, no delivery wait, and somewhere to go when something feels wrong. Each city guide covers both.
Watch for city-branded fronts
A site called “<Your City> Weight Loss Clinic” is often a landing page for a national platform with no premises in your city at all. We found the same operator behind city-branded sites in six of the cities we researched. If it has no address and no registration you can look up, it is not a local provider.
