Pensday is a GLP‑1 shot tracker for iPhone. You log every pen, see your estimated medication level, rotate injection sites, and keep track of symptoms, weight and muscle in one place.
It covers the pens, the vials and the pills: Ozempic, Wegovy (pen and pill), Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Trulicity, Saxenda, Victoza, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and retatrutide (log only).

Why the name changed
Pensday is the new name for Tiro: the same app, on the same App Store listing. The listing is still named Tiro while the rebrand rolls out.
Everyone on a weekly GLP‑1 medicine organizes the week around one day. Some call it shot day, some jab day or injection day. We call it pen day, and the app is named after it.
What is free, and what Plus adds
Dose tracking, reminders, your estimated medication level, injection-site rotation, symptoms and weight are free.
Pensday Plus adds AI food scanning and the 3D body scan. Body-scan photos are processed on the phone and never uploaded. Plus comes with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. The App Store listing shows the current price.
