Delete your account
How to permanently delete your Pensday account and all associated data, from inside the app or by email request.
You can permanently delete your Pensday account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible: your tracking history, measurements, and account are removed from our systems within 30 days.
Pensday was formerly called Tiro. If your app still shows the Tiro name, the steps are the same.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Pensday and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account & all data.
- Confirm on the “Delete everything?” prompt. Everything is erased on your device and on our servers.
You can also tap Export my data on the same Settings screen to save a copy first.
Option 2: by email
Email support@pensday.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
This can’t be undone
Once deleted, your tracking history and measurements cannot be recovered. If you only want to take a break, you can simply sign out instead.
Ask us to delete your account
Ask the Pensday team to delete your Pensday account and the data linked to it.
